Some might not like it but Dominique A opens himself a bit more to the world with every album he releases.Horizon, then, offers us Mr. A's most accomplished and accessible work to date. A mix of chanson, indie rock and pop perfectly served by his sweet, almost detached, voice and lyrics. While this is a logical follow up to his previous albums, it richer both musically and emotionally. Even the instrumentations are better than anything he produced before. Add to that that there are no weak song on this album and you'll easily understand that anybody interested in anything French should give it a try. I'm sure you'll thank me for the advice.
