Created in 1974, Ocean played progressive hard rock sounding like a cross between Yes and Budgie/Led Zeppelin. The high pitched vocals also reminded of Budgie and/or Robert Plant. Their energetic approach, with some great electric guitar playing, manages to keep the listener's attention throughout the album. Quite a unique and successful attempt to combine progessive rock and hard rock. Their two following albums (released in 1980 and 1981) were not that interesting consisting in a very AC/DC influenced hard rock but this one is a (minor though very much enjoyable) gem!
1. Sunny Day
2. Strange Rain
3. Love Is Blind
4. The Loneliness Of The Long Distance
5. From Death To Life
6. Fields Of Pain
7. The Juggler
8. With The Sound I Can Escape
