When the best bluesman from France (Paul Personne) and his alternative chanson equivalent (Thiéfaine) meet for a one-shot project, one can expect great thing... And be disappointed. This is, basically, Thiéfaine writing lyrics for a Paul Personne album, not the meeting of minds one would have expected. Anyway, this is a nice album, with a jammy feel, that will put a smile on anybody either or both of the artists. Their voices mix pretty well, the songs are nice to listen to and that's good enough to spend some good time listening to a blues rock album.
