Released on François Hadji Lazaro's Boucherie Production (Pigalle, BB Doc, Les Garçons Bouchers, Sttellla, Happy Drivers, Roadrunners, etc...) Les Rosemary's Babies' debut album, Lutte de Classe, is a whole over business. First, the production is better and the musicianship more precise. Then, the band mixes his punk with way more humor and a strong folk side displayed by the use of traditional instruments in addition to the classic rock ones. The songs are catchy, well arranged with influences from French folk, klezmer or Occitan music. Is this still can be labeled punk rock? The energy the band displays sure is. This unusual cocktail made of the now defunct Rosemary's Babies a one of a kind experience.
