Thai pop is too often overlooked and seen as a cheap replica to western pop. Palmy proves those who think that wrong with her delightful, if flawed, second album. Sure, some will point the comparisons with Alanis, Leah and others are plenty and I won't be denying that but, Palmy has a personality and a sound of her own which makes of Stay a pleasant listen and an entertaining album.
